Rev3 Training!
I wanted to share with all of you my first time riding my bike on the course in CT… I felt very humbled after the 56 miles – to say the least. All of you ask me how I keep going, but sometimes it is HARD for me to keep going. At that point when I feel like I can’t go anymore I think and say “Just For Today – I can, I can do anything for one day” – this is something that just works for me.
I also wrote a blog about the experience at www.rev3tri.com – check it out and let me know what you think =)
