Biggest Loser is Casting Season 10!!

Many of you message me about getting on the show – well here is your opportunity! Biggest Loser is now casting season 10!

My tips and advice for you—-

1) BE YOURSELF – casting will know if you are “putting on a show” or are “faking it”

2) Don’t try to make yourself look slim! I remember shopping for my open call and I was trying to find a nice pair of dark jeans and black top! After the open call, I realized I shouldn’t of tried to make myself look smaller but it happened out of habit.

3) Be comfortable speaking in front of a few people – if you aren’t, start practicing!

4) Know why you want this opportunity – how will it better your life, why can’t you do it by yourself, what has your weight held you back from(if anything at all)…Be ready with your 30 second elevator speech

I had a few key staples that I would eat! I would always stay around 1200 calories. My calorie count was very important as I needed the fuel for my body to keep working out at a high intensity. If I had a large breakfast I would than have a lighter snack and dinner. I also try to stop eating at 7:30pm!
