Exercise – do you enjoy it or dread it?

Does exercise have to be boring and painful? What are some easy ways to make exercise fun? Why is it a good idea to change your routine every now and then? These are a few questions that I will cover in this blog!

Physical activity and exercise can become boring if you do not make an effort to change things up from time to time. I am a creature of habit and love to do my usual workout routine, which used to consist of hour jog and an hour spin class. Since I fractured my tibia my routine has been out of whack, but as I get back into one I am making sure to mix things up. Read More »
