Lose It To Win It – 10 Week Challenge

Tomorrow, Friday October 4th is the last day to register for the Defeated to Determined Event and the “Lose It to Win It” – 10 Week Challenge.

The Challenge will consist of daily workout plans that I personally create for you and they will be delivered to your email every evening for the following day (via TrainingPeaks.com) Training Peaks also has an app for I-phone and Android users so you can see the workouts when you want and upload your post workout comments.
